What is XML toolkit for iSeries?

Hi everybody,

could you tell me, what is this? and for what i need this? :

5733XT2   V1R2M0      XML Toolkit for IBM System i5  

i thing that product as necessary for my RPG programs if i want put instructions in XML, and that’s all.

could anybody give anything more about this?
